BiOSUZU® adheres to the spirit of promoting good technology, sharing technology with the industry, and creating the material that are non-toxic, harmless and superior in performance for the sustainable development of the earth.

We have our own raw material factory and insole molding factory to control 100% of the entire process in order to monitor and maintain the high quality of BiOSUZU®.

BiOSUZU insoles are lightweight, enhancing the performance of the shoes with airy comfort.
ANTIMICROBIAL FUNCTION
The environmentally friendly biocide is added to all BiOSUZU foams to fight against the presence of fungus, bacteria and odor. The strength of the biocide along with the excellent moisture removal properties inherent in the foam inhibit the buildup of the bacterial fungi associated with the cause of odor.
BREATHABALE
BiOSUZU’s Open-Cell Foam offers up to 95-100% breath ability for maximum ventilation in and around the foot.
ODOR-FREE
BiOSUZU’s Open-Cell Foam incorporates the air and moisture transport performance levels of traditional foams at a breath ability rating of up to 95-100% makes your foot enjoy the odor-free performance inside the shoes.
CUSHION
The compression set of BiOSUZU insoles is less than 5% as rated by the world leader in footwear testing. No other open-cell foam with the same level of breath ability can claim this level of long term resilience.
MOISTURE MANAGEMENT
The millions of tiny air bubbles that create the open-cell structure inherent to the PU foam work to transport moisture away from the foot and then disperse it evenly throughout the foam, thus promoting the quickest possible drying time inside the shoe. In addition, the resulting lack of moisture build up inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria that feed on a moist environment.
